Built for Belonging
I’m Lisa Cifuentes, a certified holistic health coach and lifelong community builder. For over two decades, I’ve curated spaces—both online and IRL—where connection isn’t just a byproduct, but the whole point. From hosting art openings in my apartment to countless kitchen-table gatherings, I’ve always been drawn to the alchemy of bringing the right people together.
Wellness, to me, is an art form. It’s about creating a life that feels good, not just one that looks good. It’s about moving in ways that wake us up, delighting in food that’s nourishing and full of flavor, and surrounding ourselves with people who remind us of who we are. I don’t believe in rigid rules, but I do believe in momentum, in curiosity, in the electric charge of being in a room full of people who inspire you to think bigger.
My areas of focus reflect what’s shaped me the most:
Body Awareness – Movement as expression, movement as release, movement as coming home to yourself.
Community & Connection – Finding your people, building something real, holding space for each other.
Nourishment & Food – Eating with intention, with pleasure, with a deep respect for the energy it gives us.
Interior Life – The mind-body-spirit connection, the rituals that ground us, the whispers of intuition we learn to trust.
I believe in designing a life that feels rich in every sense of the word. And I believe that while we can go after our dreams alone, everything is deeper, more layered, and more fulfilling when we do it together.
Why I Started This Community
Sana Sana Social is what I wish existed for years. I’ve spent so much time at workout classes, wellness workshops, and lectures—always searching for something deeper. I love learning, I love growth, but what I craved most was true connection. Who else was out there thinking about the same things? Who else wanted more than small talk at a networking event or a quick “see you next time” after a workout class?
Back in 2020, I was a new mom, navigating the chaos of a global pandemic while working remotely without childcare. I felt exhausted, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode. During that time, podcasts and personal growth books became my escape. I’d take long walks with my son, listening to voices that reminded me I wasn’t alone, that transformation was possible. One audiobook in particular—The Universe Has Your Back by Gabby Bernstein—stuck with me. It planted a seed: If I wanted things to change, I had to create that change myself.
I realized I wasn’t the only one craving a space that merged personal growth with real relationships. I wanted to be surrounded by people who inspired me—people who were also asking big questions, rethinking their habits, and working toward something meaningful. I didn’t just want a place to “get better”; I wanted a place to feel alive again.
That’s why Sana Sana Social exists. It’s a space for seekers, for the deeply curious, for those who want to grow alongside others who truly get it. It’s for the ones who love a good motivational speech but also believe in action. The ones who want to challenge themselves, not just for self-improvement’s sake, but because they know that when we thrive, we show up better for the world around us.
This is just the beginning. Over time, there will be more programming, events, and opportunities to connect, because we’re building something special—together.
